A dedicated page helps guests understand a service and request it. With Oscar you can link a message, a QR code or the guest portal to a landing page that presents one specific offer, such as a massage at the spa.
One offer at a time
Imagine a guest who receives a message about wellness during their stay. If the link opens a generic page with every service, they will have to look again for the one that caught their interest. A dedicated page saves them that step.
For a spa treatment, useful information can include:
- what the experience includes and who it is suitable for;
- duration, price and the conditions that actually apply;
- how to request the service and how the confirmation arrives.
Photos of the property and concrete wording help more than generic promises. Limited availability or deadlines should be mentioned only when they are real.
From the page to the request
Oscar pages can include a form to collect requests. The staff must be able to tell a request received from a confirmed booking: it is a detail to explain to the guest as well, to avoid misunderstandings.
The Digital Concierge brings together a service catalogue, information pages and tools to manage requests and availability. The journey should be set up around the service: a simple enquiry and a booking with time slots are not the same thing.
How to bring guests to the page
Guests can reach the page from a QR code displayed in the room or in common areas, from the guest portal, or from a message scheduled with Revenue Automation.
One possible journey: a relevant message during the stay, a page with the treatment details, the guest’s request and the staff handling it. It is an example to adapt to the property’s availability and organisation.
Check the whole journey
Before promoting the page, open it on your phone: readable information, the right images and where requests end up must all work together. Also check that the staff know how to reply and confirm the service.
