Full notice on the use of cookies
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
This notice describes the cookies and similar tools of the Oscar WiFi website of InWYA S.r.l. It applies to the website, not to external services reached through links.
Data controller and contacts
InWYA S.r.l., Viale Giacomo Matteotti 53/A, 50052 Certaldo (FI), Italy. Email: info@inwya.com. The DPO can be contacted at dpo@inwya.com.
Which tools we use
The website is set up for Google Analytics 4 statistics. The service is loaded only when it is configured and the visitor accepts statistics. If the service is not configured, it is not loaded and no banner is shown asking for a consent that would not be used.
We do not use the Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or the sending of conversions to Meta from the forms. Promotional emails are a separate choice in the contact form and do not activate advertising tracking.
Technical storage of preferences
When the banner is available, the key oscar-cookie-consent-v2 in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) records the choice on statistics and its date. The choice is valid for a limited period of about six months (182 days); after that period a new choice is requested. Local storage is not an advertising cookie and is not used to track browsing on other websites.
Google Analytics 4, only after consent
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, is used for aggregate statistics on visits and to count successful form submissions. We do not transmit name, email, telephone number or message content through the form’s statistical event. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
The first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> allow the service to distinguish browsers and keep session information. In the website’s tag, the expiry is set to 182 days, without automatic renewal of the expiry at each visit; the browser may apply shorter durations. Google states that IP addresses are not logged or stored in GA4.
Further information: Google privacy policy and EU data handling in GA4.
Accepting, rejecting and changing your choice
You can accept statistics, reject them or open the preferences. “Reject” and closing with the X keep statistics disabled. You can submit the forms without accepting them.
When GA4 is configured, the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer lets you change your choice. Withdrawal deletes the first-party GA cookies accessible from the website and reloads the page without the tag. You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings.
External resources and links
Fonts and images used by the website are served locally. Published articles do not load embedded YouTube videos. Links to social networks, WhatsApp or other websites open external services only when you choose to follow them; the notices of the respective providers apply.
Transfers and rights
When enabled, Google Analytics may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. For information on recipients, safeguards, retention and rights, see the privacy policy or contact the controller/DPO.
This notice refers to the guidance of the Garante (Italian Data Protection Authority) on cookies and tracking tools.
