Data controller and DPO
The data controller is InWYA S.r.l., Viale Giacomo Matteotti 53/A, 50052 Certaldo (FI), Italy, email info@inwya.com. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted at dpo@inwya.com.
Purpose and optional consent
If you tick the dedicated checkbox in the forms, we process your contact details to send you promotional emails and updates on InWYA / Oscar services. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Consent is optional and separate from the acknowledgement of the privacy notice and from the preferences on website statistics. If you do not give it, you can still request information, demos or quotes and receive a reply. Filling in the form alone does not result in subscription to the mailing list.
Data and recipients
We use the contact details provided and record the choice relating to promotional mailings. They may be processed by authorised InWYA personnel and by the providers entrusted with application management and email delivery. You may request from the controller or the DPO the up-to-date list of data processors and information on the safeguards applied to international transfers.
Withdrawal and retention
You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in the emails or by writing to info@inwya.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before it.
The data are used for mailings for as long as consent remains valid and the contact details are relevant to the purpose. After withdrawal, they are excluded from promotional communications. The information necessary to document preferences and prevent further mailings may be retained for those purposes.
Rights
In the cases provided for by the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority). To exercise your rights, contact the controller or the DPO.
