Requests for information and demos

The form collects name, property or company, email and, if provided, telephone number, subject, modules of interest and message. The request is forwarded to the team by email in order to follow up on the contact.

The data are used to reply, organise a demo or prepare a proposal. The legal bases and retention criteria are described in the website privacy policy, which supplements this notice. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; the others are optional.

Acknowledging the privacy notice does not automatically subscribe you to the mailing list. Consent to promotional emails is separate and optional: you can request information without ticking it and you can withdraw it later. For details, see the mailing list notice.

Statistics and cookies

The page uses the same settings as the rest of the website. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after consent to statistics and when it is configured; you can change your choice from “Cookie preferences”. The website does not load the Meta Pixel or send conversions to Meta from the forms. Details are in the cookie policy.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Requests may be processed by authorised InWYA personnel and by the providers entrusted with application management, hosting and email delivery. Google Analytics is used for statistics, after consent. Information on recipients, possible transfers outside the European Economic Area, the related safeguards and retention is in the privacy policy; you can request further details from the controller or the DPO.

Your rights

In the cases provided for by the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consents. You can exercise your rights by writing to the controller or the DPO and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
