The problem: lots of questions, information to find
People visiting an event website may need help finding their way around sessions, rooms and practical details. The information is there, but finding the right piece straight away takes time. The same questions can also reach the organising team again and again.
An assistant on the website offers a single way in: visitors ask their question instead of having to track down every useful page on their own.
The role of Oscar AIx
In the BTO case, AIx was presented as a channel for getting information about the programme and the visit. The project shows how an assistant built on the organisation’s own content can help handle recurring questions.
